The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting thereof a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4111— A Bill to amend and reenact §30-3E-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §30-7-15a of said code, all relating to clarifying prescriptive authority of physicians assistants and registered professional nurses; and permitting rulemaking.
